Position Overview
About Cloudhire
The University Program Manager owns end-to-end planning, execution, and scale of CloudHire University.
This role is responsible for running the studio like a production line — from researching course ideas, sourcing educators, coordinating recordings, managing logistics, approving content and budgets, and ensuring output volume.
This is not an academic role.
This is not a strategy-only role.
This is a hands-on operator role responsible for shipping at least one new course worth of raw footage per day from the studio.

Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities1. End-to-End Program Execution
Own the full lifecycle of University programs:
Course ideation
Educator onboarding
Studio scheduling
Recording execution
Cross-team handoff for distribution
Ensure daily studio output with zero idle time
Drive execution speed without compromising quality
2. Educator & Guest Management
Research and identify:
Relevant educators
Industry experts
Practitioners aligned with hiring outcomes
Work with the SDR (Coordinator) to:
Source leads
Schedule meetings
Close educator participation
Personally ensure:
Guest confirmations
Calendar discipline
No last-minute drop-offs
3. SDR Ownership & Direction
Own and manage the University SDR / Coordinator
Define:
Outreach targets
Research priorities
Daily and weekly activity goals
Push, review, and course-correct SDR output
Ensure the SDR executes consistently and aggressively
This role does not wait for the SDR. They direct and enforce execution.
4. Studio Operations & Logistics
Manage all studio logistics including:
Shoot schedules
Instructor readiness
Session run-of-show
Time management during recordings
Coordinate closely with:
Videographers
Central editing team
Internal ops teams
Ensure smooth, repeatable studio workflows
5. Course Approval & Budget Control
Review and approve:
Course outlines
Recording scope
Educator commercials (within defined limits)
Own basic budget discipline:
Cost per course
Output vs spend sanity
Escalate exceptions with context and justification
6. Cross-Functional Distribution Coordination
Work with:
Marketing (YouTube, Shorts, distribution)
Product (University, Job Board, Verification)
GTM teams
Ensure recorded content is:
Tagged correctly
Routed correctly
Deployed on the right channels
Close the loop from recording → publishing → usage
Qualifications
Must-Have
5–10 years of hands-on operations or program management experience, preferably in:
EdTech
Content production
Media / studio operations
University or skilling programs with real logistics
Proven track record of running execution-heavy programs end to end, not just planning them
Direct experience managing:
Daily production schedules
Multiple stakeholders under time pressure
Output targets with zero tolerance for delays
Experience managing and driving SDRs / coordinators with clear daily targets and accountability
Strong ability to:
Research and onboard external experts / educators
Secure commitments and enforce calendar discipline
Comfortable owning studio-floor execution (on-site presence required)
