2+ years of experience in product management or product operations roles.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint management tools (Jira
Confluence
etc.).
Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration across engineering
QA
and DevOps teams.
Excellent organizational
communication
and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for product outcomes.
Technical background or understanding of software development workflows is a strong plus.
Familiarity with release management
documentation processes
and roadmap planning tools.
