Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive manual testing for web and mobile applications, including functional, regression, integration, and UI testing., Create detailed, well-structured, and reusable test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications., Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium Web Driver to support regression and performance testing., Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), and work closely with developers to resolve issues., Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions., Perform API testing using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or similar, validating data flow between services., Identify areas for process improvement in testing strategies and participate in QA process enhancement activities., Maintain clear and concise documentation for test cases, testing results, and defect reports., Work with performance testing tools as needed to ensure applications meet performance benchmarks.
